Not only have I had physical results - I no longer binge eat, am a chocaholic and driven by food! I am now in control.

I have consistently listened daily since August 2019, and done all of Bron’s programs and had a few personal recordings done too, give or take a few days I missed!

From Body Loathing to Body Love

WEIGHT RELEASE AND LIFE RECLAMATION

Just wanted to let you all know about my journey! I was part of Bronwyn’s Weight Release Revolution 10 day challenge and won a free personalised weight release recording.

Since beginning my journey with Bronwyn’s recordings I have been able to set my mind to reach goals and smash them!

And since September I have lost almost 20kgs and have quit smoking and stuck with it! I am able to exercise everyday walking and running 10kms and am eating well but learning I can have a treat without overdoing.

I feel better than I have in 20 years and am looking forward to fully reaching my goal within the next year. 

Looking forward to sharing my future achievements with you all. Just remember you can achieve your goals!

TO BELIEVING IN HERSELF

I was definitely a sceptic when I first sent Bron a message, but I was in such a terrible state that I was willing to give anything a try. Having gone through years of work with a psychologist, I didn't believe Bron when she said I would be transformed after 9 weeks.

But I was transformed after my very first session.

With my live sessions, along with listening to my personal recordings daily (sometimes multiple times a day!), I felt my 'true self' emerge, and I embraced her for the first time. Instead of protecting and hiding myself from the world, I became open and strong, and I reaped the rewards.

I have completed my three sessions with Bron as a confident woman who knows what she wants and isn't afraid to let the 'Universe' know it.

EMOTIONAL BREAKTHROUGH

RELEASING GRIEF AND REDISCOVERING THE JOY IN LIFE

“I didn’t want to live. I was so broken from losing my 18 year old son 2 years ago that my heart shattered into a billion pieces.

My mental suitcase was too heavy with grief, guilt, blame, shame and hatred for myself. I hated who I had become. In fact I didn’t even know me anymore. But with help from Bron (amazing lady) I was so ready for change and I embraced her sessions whole heartedly.

She has given me my life back and I want to live. I off loaded my suitcase and emptied it of grief, blame, guilt, shame and hatred.

I no longer carry the weight of the world on my shoulders. Bron helped me remove the negative blocks that were blocking my vision.

My transformation is beyond a miracle. I have a new found confidence. I want to live, I am loving the me and all she is and releasing excess weight without dieting too!

I no longer grieve my son with the heaviness, guilt, blame and shame that I did. My heart is no longer shattered in a billion pieces it’s just full of love and light.

Instead of grieving my son I celebrate his life and the amazing memories he gave me. For a while my light went out but Bron has helped me to relight it again. What a phenomenal, liberating, relaxing mind blowing and powerful experience. It’s simply life changing so my advice is to go for it. It absolutely works if you’re ready and open to change.
